Text-based health coaching is available in 1-month, 3-month, and 6-month packages. A free 15-minute discovery call is required before purchase.

- Weekly check-ins via text
- Ongoing text-based support – I’m available to you Monday-Friday, 10am – 6pm PST

Meal Planning
Your personalized meal plan will include:
- Three meal options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner (nine meals total)
- Two snack options
- Your meal plan will be customized based on your answers to a questionnaire about your dietary needs, preferences, and goals, which you will fill out before finalizing your buy.
- If you have also purchased a monthly coaching package, you will get ongoing support and adjustments to your meal plan as needed

Exercise Planning
Your exercise plan will be customized based on your answers to a questionnaire about your access needs, preferences, and goals, which you will fill out before finalizing you buy.
If you have also purchased a monthly coaching package, you will get ongoing support and adjustments to your exercise plan as needed.

Body Doubling
Body doubling is a method of having another person in the room with you to help motivate you to finish a task. Anyone can benefit, but it’s especially helpful for neurodivergent people. You can book body doubling sessions with me in 30-minute time blocks. If you don’t see an available time that works for you, please email me at chronicallyintentional@gmail.com with your availability, and I will accommodate you if possible.
Each session will follow this format:
1. We will each briefly share what we will be working on during our time together, and set expectations for check-ins if desired.
2. We will then spend 20-25 minutes working silently (unless we agree otherwise).
3. You will have the choice to take 5 minutes at the end of our session to reflect on the work you did during our time together.
There are no prerequisites to book this service.
